Ashley founded Serenity Real Estate Search Partners in June 2023. Prior to founding Serenity Real Estate Search, Ashley spent 15 years working in executive search and consulting. She started her recruitment career in 2008, working first in the hedge fund space building out real estate teams in equity, debt, public and private market strategies nationwide.

In 2015, Ashley expanded to partner exclusively in real estate with PE firms, developers, family office, endowments, advisory firms, and REITs. She was the first U.S. hire for a global real estate boutique search firm, and for eight years, Ashley built out their North American real estate practice, partnering with clients nationwide and advising teams on growth strategies for international expansion.

Ashley started her career as a journalist with CNN and CNN International, then worked as a producer for Bloomberg TV. Her journalism skills led to a research position at Pike Capital, a value-oriented hedge fund in New York. The combination of research and interview skills have been a mainstay of Ashley’s career. Ashley graduated with a degree in communications and journalism from George Washington University in 2002. She lives outside of Boston with her husband and two little boys. On Serenity Lane.
